Supporting Your Journey to Exceptional Leadership
Unlock Growth and Achieve Transformation
I partner with clients to develop personalized coaching and leadership consulting, specializing in leadership development, navigating career transitions, team development, and driving meaningful growth.
Navigate Change on Your Terms
I help people learn how to work through major changes and come out on top. Whether it’s a mid-career shift, unexpected career change, or a desire to change the way work impacts your life, I work with you side-by-side to guide you through the hard parts and get to the good stuff.
Build Clarity and Confidence
I empower you to lead with authenticity, build confidence, and achieve clarity in your personal and professional journey. Through expert facilitation, I custom-design workshops and retreats to help your team get ultra clear on your goals and priorities and manage conflict to drive immediate impact.
Address Your Challenges Head On
As a leader, you face a number of complex challenges and opportunities that can be difficult to navigate on your own. Even the most seasoned leaders need a safe place to reflect on challenges, insecurities and worries. Through coaching and consulting I support you in tackling common workplace and life challenges like:
Making big decisions
Adapting to a new role with little guidance
Developing a new career path
Building and sustaining effective teams
Helping leaders adapt to change
What you’ll get from working with me
Build clarity and confidence: Clarify your future and build the confidence to make big changes and decisions through executive coaching.
Power up your leadership approach: Get to know your team and their working styles, as well as your own so you can work together productively and effectively. Using the Everything DiSC Assessment, I create a workshop specifically tailored for you and your team to learn about yourselves and each other, address challenges, and develop working relationships that help you thrive.
Start a new role on the right foot: Develop strategies to adapt and thrive during periods of change. Sign yourself or your new leaders up for onboarding coaching, a 6-month coaching engagement that builds confidence and helps leaders navigate the workplace.
Create useful and meaningful retreats: Concentrate on solidifying your team culture with a personalized, facilitated retreat. I’ll work with you to develop an agenda based on your needs and plan the day for you so you can participate along with your team. Walk away with a stronger team and useful materials to ensure progress continues to get made.

About me
I have over two decades of experience leading teams, strategic planning, cutting through red tape and politics, creating and running new programs and banging my head against the wall a time or two. I’ve done it all, from engaging thousands of alumni to running a kids’ summer camp to creating a multi-partner public art program.
The work I’ve done with my coaches has helped me center who I am and what my values are, something I wasn’t able to articulate without that help. I help my clients find clarity in their values, strength in their worth, and the confidence to lead impactful teams and projects.
I believe authenticity is key and helps you determine how to best learn how to be as present as you can at your workplace. I understand that authenticity at work is not safe for everyone and adapt my coaching style to support you wherever you are.
I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) through the International Coaching Federation and accredited by the Hudson Institute of Coaching. Prior to founding EWB Coaching, I worked to engage alumni at Seattle University and the University of Washington, support arts groups at Shunpike, and wrangle a lot of kids at the Boys & Girls Club of Snohomish.
I have a Masters of Public Administration from the Evans School at the University of Washington, a B.A. in Theatre from Whitman College, and hail from Honolulu, HI (though am now a proud Washingtonian).
I will do almost anything to avoid an uncomfortable emotion or feeling. Eat, drink, sleep, read, talk to someone, watch TV. Pick a fight with my husband about something trivial. Dive into an easy and not necessary project. Here’s how not being able to tolerate discomfort hurts us:
You’re ignoring your body’s signs that something is wrong, or at the very least needs attention.
You’re much more likely to fall prey to numbing activities that aren’t great for you (excessive eating, drinking, etc.) and definitely don’t help you process feelings.
Avoiding discomfort only leads to a greater degree of discomfort once you’re finally forced to face it. Which you will.
