For overwhelmed professionals who feel stuck — and ready for change.

It’s time to slow the swirl, reconnect to what matters, and move forward with confidence.

When everything feels heavy,

clarity creates momentum.

You spend most of your time focused on everyone but yourself.

You make sure that your team has what they need. Your family is signed up for the activities they love. The HVAC filter gets changed. The dog stays alive.

And somewhere along the way, you’ve lost the thread of what you actually want – or can’t even quite articulate it anymore.

Maybe you’ve fallen out of love with your job.

Maybe you’re not sure you even want that next promotion.

Maybe something big shifted and you’re still trying to catch up.

Or maybe you just have that persistent feeling of: this isn’t quite it.

This is exactly where I was before I worked with a coach.

No matter how much I tried to do all the “right” things–be productive, stay positive, squeeze in yoga–I couldn’t stop the mental spin and physical exhaustion.

I didn’t even know what I was feeling, let alone what needed to change.

And like many of my clients, I felt guilty even considering spending money on myself when there were activity fees to pay,  a water main to replace, and a dog who wouldn’t stop eating things he wasn’t supposed to eat.

I almost gave up and said: “I guess this is just how it’s supposed to be.”

Until I discovered coaching.

My coach truly changed my life by guiding me to a direction that gives me so much more joy than what I thought I was “supposed” to be doing.

That path turned out to be getting certified to be a coach myself, and to help others in transformational ways.

Now I’ve been lucky to help clients through hard times and the good times, through leaving jobs and starting jobs, through promotions and layoffs, and most importantly, helped them grow their confidence and experience how right living fully into their values actually feels.

Coaching is often offered in longer packages – and that can feel like a big leap.

The Momentum Sessions are designed for people who want support now, without overcommitting.

Introducing

The Momentum Sessions

A three-session coaching experience for mid-career professionals who feel overwhelmed, unsure of their next move, and ready to reconnect with what actually matters.

Ellen was a superb listener and helped me to see blind spots and old ways in my thinking about my skills and abilities. She leads with optimism and empowerment, which ramped up and motivated me to stretch myself in dreaming big about what I am capable of and what is next.

What’s inside the Momentum Sessions?

This isn’t surface-level coaching or generic advice. It’s structured, supported, and designed around you.

Three 60-minute coaching sessions with accredited executive coach, Ellen Whitlock Baker

Three one-on-one, hour-long sessions with me that are 100% focused on you. We’ll identify your goals, make a plan for how to get you there, wade through the mud of what’s weighing on you, and I’ll be by your side every step of the way.

Unlimited emails or voice chats between sessions

Because life will continue doing its thing while you’re in the Momentum Sessions, and sometimes you’ll want to talk about something that’s come up between sessions. I’m here for you.

A customized action plan

You’ll leave with a plan of action that feels doable for you right now, not an overly complex and over-ambitious plan that will just sit there silently judging you instead of helping you take action.

I'm ready to get moving

Are you ready to start your year with the clarity of knowing you’re going in the right direction?

Three intentional coaching sessions can change the direction of your life – I am living proof. And though results aren’t immediate (wouldn’t it be nice if it worked that way?), coaching is like a compass that will help you find your way to living into your values, finally finding work-life balance, and discovering (or uncovering) the purpose that will help you reclaim your confidence in yourself.

I can’t wait to work together.

With Ellen, I learned that a commitment to taking time on a regular basis to think about personal and professional goals is time and money well spent! It was a very positive experience, even more positive than I expected.
