You want to make a change, but can’t seem to get started. Or maybe you’ve tried to change something multiple times and just can’t get it done.

Don’t worry, you’re not “bad at change” — you’re experiencing a very normal stress response to change, which our bodies often view as a threat.

In this 60 minute free workshop, I’ll be walking you through some of the neuroscience behind why we’re resistant to change, and how to get your rational brain back online to help you get it done.

Using the Immunity to Change model developed by Harvard researchers Lisa Lahey and Robert Kegan, we’ll work on identifying the “one big thing” that you’d like to change, which is the first important step in actually making a change.

You’ll walk away ready to dig in and uncover all of the ways you’re working against yourself, so you can get to a place where you’ll finally achieve that One Big Thing.
